In Commemoration of the passing of Past National President, Daughters of Union Veterans of the Civil War, 1861-1865, Sally Redinger, the Charters of all Auxiliaries and Departments will be draped in black. All sisters will attach a black mourning ribbon on their badge in remembrance of PNP Sally Redinger. from this date: August 13, 2026.
